We have finished implementing all requested Google Analytics 4 snippets (view_item, add_to_cart, view_cart, begin_checkout, add_shipping_info, add_payment_info, and purchase) in your Plasmidsaurus sandbox store using your GA4 ID (G-BEZKW1F107).
All snippets follow standard gtag() schemas, including the custom numeric shipping_cost parameter on add_shipping_info.

How to Verify via GA4 DebugView
Log into your Google Analytics 4 account and navigate to Admin > DebugView.Install or enable the Google Analytics Debugger Chrome Extension.Visit our sandbox site: https://plasmid-sandbox.mybrightsites.com/Run through a test transaction (Product View → Add to Cart → Checkout → Shipping Selection → Purchase).
You should see each event fire in real time along with the populated items arrays and parameter values. [#11376 Sep 8 2026]

We identified an issue where the standard Liquid tags ({{ order.id }}) were returning blank values inside the script tag due to how Bright Sites parses inline variables. I have changed the USD as well to Points. [#11376 Sep 10 2026]

We have reverted the Points back to USD.[#11376 Sep 11 2026]

The following updates have been applied to the store: [#817267] (September 16, 2026)

Splash Page

1. Updated the page so users who accessed the merch store using "storedomain.com//?access=plasmidperks" are automatically validated and can access the store without entering their email address. Additionally, updated the design to match the provided mockup. The placement and spacing of the components were adjusted to ensure the page remains responsive on smaller screens.

Please review: If you have a complete version of the background image, please provide it to us. The current image may be cut off on screens wider than 1920px. We checked the provided Figma file but could not find a version showing the complete image.

Header & Footer

2. Updated the header link hover color to #103714.

3. Corrected the Redeem Points link in the footer. The previous link contained a typo and was broken.

Profile dropdown, Account Dashboard page & Account Activation Page

4. Updated the Profile dropdowns accessible from the Profile icon in the header (desktop screen sizes) and Profile button at the bottom of the screen (mobile):

Removed the Dashboard link.
Changed Order History to Merch Order History.
Moved Points Progress to the top of the list.

5. Applied the same dropdown updates to the tabs on the Account Dashboard page.

6. Updated the Account Activation page so users are automatically validated and can access the store without entering their email address.

7. Updated the Re-enter Password field design to match the Password field.

Home Page

8. Updated the post card section to match the latest mockup.

9. Changed the Featured Merch button to All Merch and linked it to the All Products page.

10. Moved the Featured Merch section above the banner featuring "1 point for every $1 of sequencing".

11. Added the provided links to the individual steps in the Join the pack. Earn the points. section.

Please review: The Register your account step does not currently have a link.

12. Updated the design of the FAQ section based on the reference link provided. The X icon displayed when a question is open was also replaced with a minus icon.

13. FAQ section - Updated the Terms & Conditions link under the Who's eligible? question to point to the new Terms & Conditions page instead of the PDF file.

Category Page

14. Updated the Raptor items on the category page to contain products within the new price range (1001-7999).

Since this is now a points store, we also removed the $ symbols from the headings.
Please review: Let us know if you would like the $ symbols added back to match the mockups.

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#817267] (September 18, 2026)

Point Value Formatting
- Point values sitewide have been formatted with commas for values of 1,000 or more.
Point Progress Page
- The "# points till next tier is unlocked" verbiage has been updated so the #'s value is based on the user's "Points to Next Tier" custom user field.
- The Point Progress heading and badge graphic have been updated to use the Merch Status custom user field with the following conditions:
  - 0–1,000: Point Progress: Hatchling + Hatchling graphic
  - 1,001–7,999: Point Progress: Raptor + Raptor graphic
  - 8,000 or more: Point Progress: T-Rex + T-Rex graphic
- Please let us know if the point value ranges should be updated to 0–999, 1,000–7,999, and 8,000 or more for consistency, or if they should remain as is.
Product Redemption Limits
- A product redemption limit has been implemented based on the number of times a user can purchase a specific item in different transactions.
- The redemption limit validation has been implemented on the cart page. When a user has reached the limit, both the Checkout button on the cart page and the Proceed to checkout button in the mobile bottom bar will be hidden. Additionally, a message explaining why the user cannot proceed to checkout has been added for a better user experience.
- We are using the product SKU as the product identifier rather than the product name. This is because product names are more likely to be edited in the future, which could otherwise cause the customization to stop matching the intended product. For example, the item listed in the spreadsheet is “You're the Plasmid to My Saurus Crewneck Sweatshirt,” while the current store product is named “You're the Plasmid to My Saurus Sweatshirt.” Using the SKU prevents this type of name change from affecting the customization, unless the SKU itself is changed.
- Please note: The redemption limits have been implemented based on the original requirement that limits are based on the number of times a user can purchase a specific item in different transactions. This means each transaction counts as one redemption, regardless of the quantity purchased in that transaction.
- Some items in the provided list do not have redemption limits. These items have therefore not been included in the customization. If those items should also have redemption limits, please let us know and we can update the code accordingly.

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#817267] (September 22, 2026)

1. Point Progress (Account Balance) Page

The "Point Progress:" value has been updated to display the value from the user's Merch Status custom user field.
The displayed value is automatically capitalized, so values such as hatchling, raptor, and t-rex will display as Hatchling, Raptor, and T-Rex.
The badge image is also now based on the same Merch Status value. For example, if the value is raptor, the Raptor badge image will be displayed.

2. Splash Page

The list of email addresses used for access validation has been hashed using the SHA-256 hashing method.
The validation has been updated to compare the user's hashed email address against the list of hashed email addresses.
Users only need to enter their email address as usual. The custom code handles the hashing and validation automatically.

3. Product Redemption Limits

The custom code has been updated so that redemption limits are based on the total quantity of each item purchased across all transactions.
For example, with a limit of 5, purchasing 3 and then 2 would reach the limit.

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#817267] (September 24, 2026)

Cart page redemption limit validation
- Updated the redemption limit validation to account for products that may appear as multiple cart items, such as when a customer adds different sizes of the same product.
- The quantities of all cart items with the same SKU are now combined and used as the basis for checking the redemption limit.
- Previous purchases are also included in the validation, excluding canceled orders.
Cart page error notifications
- Updated the custom redemption limit messages to provide more specific information about why the customer cannot proceed to checkout.
- The validation now accounts for different scenarios, including:
  - The customer has not previously purchased the product, so the total quantity currently in the cart is checked against the limit.
  - The customer has previously purchased the product, so their previous purchase quantity is combined with the quantity currently in the cart.
  - The customer has reached or exceeded the redemption limit through their previous purchases and/or current cart quantity.
  - Each scenario provides a corresponding message explaining the quantity being counted and what the customer needs to do to proceed.
Product page redemption limit validation
- Implemented the same redemption limit checks on the product page to provide earlier feedback before the customer attempts to add an item to the cart.
- The validation accounts for:
  - Customers who have previously purchased the product, including both their previous purchase quantity and any quantity already in their cart.
  - Customers who have not previously purchased the product but already have the same product in their cart, including cases where different sizes of the same product are added as separate cart items.
  - Customers who have not previously purchased the product and do not have it in their cart, where only the quantity they are currently trying to purchase is checked.
  - Separate custom error messages have been added for these scenarios so the customer can understand exactly why the requested quantity is not allowed.
  - When the redemption limit is reached or exceeded, the Add to Cart button is disabled and greyed out to provide a clear visual indication that the quantity needs to be adjusted.
Minor styling updates
- Applied minor styling adjustments to the product and cart pages, including column alignment and element colors, to improve the presentation of the validation messages and related elements.

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#817267] (October 5, 2026)

Category Page: The secondary navigation has been added back under the category heading. Please note that this navigation pulls the categories currently available in the store, along with a static "All" link. At the moment, only "All" and "Redeem Points" appear. If this needs to be updated, you can either update the store categories, which will also affect the links in the header and mobile menu, or we can use custom code.
Home Page: The link for the banner GIF image has been updated to https://app.plasmidsaurus.com/home?join-the-pack=1.
Home Page: The note panel ("We love our customers") has been updated to remove the extra artifact from the wave curve graphic that appears at certain screen sizes.
Header and Quick Menu Bar (mobile): The Address Book links have been removed.
Account Page: The Address Book tab has been removed.
Address Book Page: The page has been updated so that when accessed directly, users are redirected to the Account Settings page.
Account Settings: The content from the Address Book page has been rebuilt and added to the Account Settings page. To preserve the functionality for adding, editing, and deleting addresses, the forms were rebuilt and manually added to the Account Settings page. These functions have been reviewed and verified to be working.
Point Progress (Account Balance) Page: The "X points till next tier is unlocked" label has been updated to automatically include commas for values of 1,000 or more.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

The following changes have been applied to the store: [#817267] (October 7, 2026)

The "1 point for every $1 of sequencing" graphic on the home page has been linked to https://plasmidsaurus.com/home?join-the-pack=1.
The note panel ("We love our customers") has been updated to remove the extra artifact from the wave curve graphic. This has been tested on both desktop and mobile devices to confirm the fix.
The Product page has been updated so that when a product is out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button is replaced with the out-of-stock notification button. The button label has also been updated to "Notify Me".

Please note that to apply and test this update, we temporarily enabled "Allow storefront in-stock email notifications" under Settings > Inventory and the Inventory > Track Inventory setting for the Pixel Dino Dad Hat. These settings were turned off after we confirmed the update. Please enable them again when you are ready to test the changes.

For reference, I have attached a screenshot showing how the page appears when the product is out of stock.
